Establish Criteria
Codiligent will accept acquisition clients who have well-defined specific criteria. Often acquisition clients are companies that are looking for strategic acquisitions of complementary businesses.
Codiligent goes beyond conducting simplistic searches based on revenue, net, EBITDA, industry, and sales price criteria. Instead, Codiligent wants to know exactly what type of business a client is looking for so that a very targeted search can be conducted. Codiligent uses interviews and questionnaires to gain a far more comprehensive understanding of a client’s interests, goals, and criteria which are then used to conduct a search that increases the likelihood of finding a business that truly meets the buyer’s objectives.
