The problem is not that there are problems.  The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem.

Due Diligence

Codiligent doesn’t act as simply a match-making service between buyers and sellers.  After an acquirer has found a business and entered into an agreement to purchase the business, there will be a due diligence to verify information. Codiligent assists buyer clients with this process by providing its list of XXX due diligence questions and helping acquirers organize and make sense of data collected. This helps save acquirers time in determining whether to proceed to closing of the transaction.  While it is recommended that clients potentially bring their CPA, attorney, and possibly other advisors into the due diligence process, having Codiligent’s assistance coordinating this team can be invaluable to a buyer.
