Steps in Sales Process
Some brokers believe that their job is complete when they simply match a buyer and seller. Codiligent understands that its role is not just to make the match, but rather to help make sure the deal is successfully closed. Often there are conditions that both the buyer and seller have to meet before closing can occur. If the transaction process isn’t managed properly it isn’t uncommon for deals to fall apart prior to closing. While there are often other professionals that are integral to the closing process such as a CPA and attorney, one person should be responsible for coordinating all of the seller’s closing requirement activities.
