Codiligent business brokers realizes that confidentiality is extremely important for business buyers and sellers. Regardless of whether 
a business owner is a client or not, our business brokers will treat non-public information as being confidential.

Loyalty

There is a strict adherence to Codiligent’s fiduciary responsibility to clients.  Only single-party business broker representation is provided, as 
Codiligent doesn’t believe dual-party representation can be provided in an ethical manner.

Responsive

Our business brokers will respond to all inquiries and communication in a timely manner.      

Add Value

Codiligent’s primary focus is on adding value to its business seller or business buyer brokerage clients, but it also strives to add value to the party on the other side of the transaction and to the community at large through education.

We constantly innovate to deliver greater value to clients in a more efficient and effective way, and we think like entrepreneurs 
because our compensation as business brokers is primarily performance-based.

Learning

Codiligent business brokers strives to continually learn how to provide more value to business sellers and buyers.  In addition, in order to help someone buy or sell a company, Codiligent must learn about the business, and the respective parties’ goals, criteria, objectives, and motivations.
