Codiligent is committed to continuing to develop ways to add greater value to both buyers and sellers of small and lower mid-market companies. For example, this fall we have added two new services that will help business owners more proactively prepare for a future sale: a Marketability Assessment that is offered for free to companies with at least $1 million in annual revenue and that have been in business for 2+ full years; and a program called Always Ready To Sell (A.R.T.S.) which provides more robust valuation information, coaching to improve value and marketability, and includes development of full marketing packages so that as a business owner is growing their business, they are always prepared to take advantage of unsolicited buyer interest.
We've also launched a series of educational videos about the business sale process and preparing a business for sale.
